"What are the consequences of termination and the future of players and play with nine teams, all these things are decided by the Board of Directors of IPL," said Srinivasan. "Players of the interest will be preserved . BCCI will not let the players down. We will find a reasonable solution that is viable for both players and the BCCI. "

Muralitharan said he expects the Council to make appropriate arrangements for the players. "If the BCCI has decided something, then we can do anything," said Muralitharan. "But I hope to organize something for the 20 players under contract for the franchise. This is a tripartite agreement and have our contract with the BCCI as well."
