Anil Kumble has reiterated that he sees no conflict of interest in being an administrator - he is president of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) - and being head of a company, Tenvic, whose business includes signing upcoming cricketers. According to Kumble, "less than 2%" of Tenvic's business was related to "mentoring cricketers", and that too without any commercial benefit.

Kumble said he was not in the talent management business and, if he was, he would have gone after top international stars rather than upcoming players. "If I wanted to benefit, or if the company wanted to benefit, I have access to the Sachin Tendulkars, the [MS] Dhonis, the Yuvraj Singhs and everyone else, so why should I look at a youngster?" Kumble told CNN-IBN, an Indian television channel.

"One thing that certainly clarify, I'm not a player-coach, and the company talent management company. This is very clear. Tenvic task is mentoring cricketers, and we have all the players of Karnataka. These are two (S Aravind, and Vinay Kumar). And the chief mentor for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, we mentor the Indian players who will represent them [RCB]. "

Comrade Vasanth Bharadwaj Kumble was quoted in the magazine Outlook, said that "it makes no sense that someone [Tenvic] to mentoring and someone else to do the processing of commercial" players. Kumble, however, argued that any commercial Tenvic was only "extraordinary" and had no transactions between the company and the player, the company had benefited commercially.

"In fact, Tenvic is an expense for the company in terms of orientation of these people," said Kumble. "We've made some psychometric tests, which incur a cost and this cost is to society, not the player and the benefit of all this goes to the player, not the company .."

Kumble said that any company's talent management was free to sign Vinay Aravind and other Indian players Tenvic. "If it is against me, there is absolutely no conflict. The interest is beneficial to all young cricketers. There is absolutely no commercial transaction that ever happened to date. If these cricketers commercially benefited, it is absolutely no charge Tenvic have loaded. And if someone wants to take them, please.

"I am looking for the best interest of the player and I hope it will go ahead and represent (India). And it's not just about cricket. I went through all this, and I know what it takes to represent at international level what are the difficulties you encounter. It's just a sports facility for all these players and I think it is need of the hour. If you look at any sport, at least in the world of cricket, I do not think anyone has tried this. "

Kumble said he would chose to move to talk about it, as Royal Challengers participation in the Champions League T20. 'RCB was in a position where we could go on to win. I do not want distractions win the heart of what is really happening, and to win the Champions League. "

When asked a hypothetical question of whether a drummer for 17 years to reach Bangalore to choose a talent management company that has provided a good deal, or go with the one led by the president of the association 's state [Kumble] Kumble said it was impossible to answer hypothetical questions.
