Kapil Dev, former Indian captain, said other options need to rotate the elderly - Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxman - in the control group so that younger players may be opportunities to undermine the party too.

"All three seniors - Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman - should not play a single test," said Kapil Indian news channel AAJ Tak. "Two of them can play and be at rest, so that young people can be tested in its place. In this way, we can provide the opportunity for a talented young man and too risky to make too many changes all at once."

Kapil also said that the selectors need to make tough calls and I wanted an orderly phasing out of the top players. "It's the selectors will have to make a call on his retirement," he said. "Never a player to withdraw. Selectors should see the big picture and make a difficult decision. But they [the selectors] must do this while fully respecting the elderly."

Tendulkar and Dravid are both 38 years, while Laxman is 37 Dravid was the man during the last test series in England, scoring 461 runs averaging 76.83. Tendulkar and Laxman, even though he had bad trips, an average of 34.12 and 22.75.

Sourav Ganguly said, however, should not be forced to retire older players, because India does not have the talent to replace them at the time. "Players like Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman should decide for themselves when it comes to making a call, end a game," Ganguly said. "The day of their performance drops, they go on their own."

Ganguly had retired from international cricket after the Test series against Australia in the country in 2008 at a time when there was pressure on the elderly and young people's entry into the Indian side off limited. No battery, however, was able to fill the void left in order to test the Middle Ganguly, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina or consolidate their points.

"It 'nice to see young people so well run a shorter format, but I'm more worried about the test," Ganguly said. "We have not seen anyone who is able to challenge these seniors. Of course, the testing time has not come gradually into retirement."

Kapil, however, according to Ganguly. "Everyone knows it will not be easy to find replacements for the likes of Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman. It will be very difficult. However, young people, although they have failed so the chances of that so far, should be given another chance.

"In fact, the problem is not with the talent of their [young people]. It is their poor fitness level falls," said Kapil. "The coach and the selectors will have to play an important role in times to come. Young people must learn to be proud of their cricket."

Indian allrounder Kapil Former Madan Lal individual point of view, telling young people in the team lacked a good work ethic. Suresh Raina also said, with an average of 13.12 In four races in England, do not store.

"They [young people] have their fitness levels. Players like [posts] Kohli, [Cheteshwar] Rohit Pujari and [Sharma] has given opportunity. I do not give a second chance to Raina, even if, as has already spent too much . However, Yuvraj [Singh], which is not really a lot of potential tests should be examined again. "
