Pakistan legspinner Danish Kaner in the case of PCBs in the High Court of Sindh, has been extended until October 20. During the hearing on September 27 when Kaner refused to allow the government to ask the prosecutor British bands of Essex police investigation. Kaner has been questioned on the case of a site to confirm the charges during the Pro40 match for his county Essex.

PCB lawyer Taffazul Rizvi argues that while Kaneria was charges with a spot attachment, his integrity was under the scanner, so the rating would only be possible after the review links.
PCB Integrity Committee requested Kaneria to produce transcripts of the investigation before the case was filed has started, but his lawyers insisted it was not possible because the impressions were still part of an ongoing study in Britain. Before seeking legal recourse, Kaneria had repeatedly shown to the Integrity Committee to obtain permission and had filed several books and documents, but had failed to meet its members. "I am desperate to play cricket and I miss the top," said Kaner ESPNCricinfo after the hearing on September 27. "Of course I'm frustrated, but I am optimistic for my career. I chose the legal route I do not mind because I think it's just a way to get from me the same stigma."
