Big Picture
And so the English season lasts for at least three days. These two games against the West Indies were not on the schedule until August, when it became clear that agreements should be respected television after the collapse of the case at Stanford. And visitors make a quick stop in the United Kingdom en route to Dubai and finally Bangladesh.
If looking good is really a value other than cash games. World Twenty20 takes place in Sri Lanka and the year after the international fixtures in the shorter form are few and far between. It's not just the spin (Well, not all though), when players say the extra games will not be a bad thing. Meanwhile, ticket sales have started well, especially considering the time of year, which suggests the public wants to be a successful team in England, regardless of context.
Neither party, however, has been completed and in the case of the Caribbean "are just a second side of the chain. A combination of contract disputes and the Champions League means a lot of new faces on the team, Darren Sammy, while there as captain, while Fidel Edwards, Marlon Samuels and Devendra Bishoo make the trip.
English plans for a short series have been hampered by an injury, and captain Stuart Broad, and vice-captain, Morgan Eoin, which means Graeme Swann excluded will host the fifth and six years. However, it offers the opportunity to take a look at some new players after the success of Jonny Bairstow in the final ODI against India. Bairstow, IF Butler, Ben Stokes, Alex Hales, and everyone has the opportunity to make an impact on these trips in the fall. They may just need to use a few layers of clothes.

Reflector
Jonny Bairstow is a man of the moment after his 21-ball 41 made his debut in Cardiff followed by a glowing assessment, Alastair Cook and Andy Flower. Earlier this week he was named Young Player Team Cricket Writers' of the Year and is a safe place in India next month. It was his calm, when the first ball of his innings that stood out when it came to the crease against India and also speaks of maturity. Increased fighting in the Middle order limited-overs teams slots, but its presence also put pressure on Craig Kieswetter in England as a batsman and store keeper.
Among the many relatively unknown actors in the West Indies team, "Dwayne Smith is a familiar face on the banks after his stay in county cricket. When Smith burst onto the scene with a debut Test century against South Africa at Newlands, an exciting career looked in the store, but as with so many Indian cricketers the West, it was not able to make the most of its natural talent. There is no doubt however that his staff and explosive whippy bowling is ideally suited for Twenty20. This could be his last chance.
Team news
There are a variety of options to England for the review and the team clearly made with an eye on Sri Lanka, as it contains four rotation options. It is difficult to see two of play in the second game with captain Graeme Swann and Samit mean only one of Patel, Scott Borthwick and Danny Briggs. Openers, Craig Kieswetter and Alex Hales is likely to get two games to impress as England try to build ultimate combination.
England (possible) 1 Craig Kieswetter (WK), Alex Hales 2, 3 Ravi Bopara, 4 Jonny Bairstow, Ben Stokes 5, 6 Jos Buttler, Samit Patel 7, 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Graeme Swann (captain), 10 James Anderson 11 Jade Dernbach
There is a hint that Dwayne Smith will open the stick, which rely heavily on the experience of Marlon Samuels. Garey Mathurin, a call to end the team could start on his birthday.
West Indies (possible): 1 Dwayne Smith, Miles Bascombe, 2, 3, Marlon Samuels, Danza Hyatt 4, 5 Nkruma Bonner, 6 Derwin Christian (weeks), 7, Darren Sammy (CAPT), Andre Russell 8, 9 Garey Mathurin, Devendra Bishoy 10, 11 Fidel Edwards
Pitch and conditions
Despite the late season, a field is not concerned about the Oval and the forecast is dry. However, baptism is an important factor, and Fielding under the lights could be difficult.
Statistics and curiosity
England and the Caribbean have met five times in international Twenty20 West Indies side 4-1 lead at the top. Three of those games were at the Oval, with England the only win coming in 2007.
Jonathan Trott made his international debut in 2007, even though the two games in the series were its expenditure only up to his first test against Australia in 2009.
Quote
"I feel like a grandfather to some of these boys. I've been around the block a few times more than the boys, but it's nice to have some experience under his belt. "
Being captain, Graeme Swann is not a sad sense of humor
"With all due respect for what Stanford has done in the Caribbean, do not think it can be replaced. The interest generated during the Stanford Twenty20 has been good for us. I know is under investigation and other things, but what happened as a result of their tournaments, I think that is exposed to some players for us. "
