Flower to miss Ireland Match

Andy Flower will miss his first game since he took over as team manager of England, as he sits on one-day international against Ireland in Dublin. The battle took place three days after the last test against India at The Oval, and Richard Halsall, coach Fielding, will manage the team.

When Fleur signed his new contract with the ECB in May, a widespread perception that the subject for him to take a break in the demand for labor was seen as if nothing was written in the contract. In many ways, the role of Fleur is more intense than the players because he has to plot and plan the next challenge and are involved in all three formats.

The only time I lost all the flower of England cricket since taking the top job were the second and third days of the first Test against Australia in Brisbane, where he underwent surgery to remove a melanoma below his right eye. Halsall took over the team in the absence of flowers that gave a clear indication of emergency plans in place.

Flower will join the staff before the Twenty20 international against India at Old Trafford, August 31, which is followed by five one-day and internationally. Two additional Twenty20 have been added at the end of the season against the West Indies, to help meet its contractual obligations due to the loss of the Stanford game, before the team flight to India for a series of one day beginning of October.

England is the longest of the pause, then more recently, before Christmas, when not in operation during the months of November and December. However, when the demands increase at Christmas, once again full speed against the UAE in Pakistan, followed by a short series in Sri Lanka. It remains to be seen whether the flower is before the break the other second summer flood in 2012.
