ESPNcricinfo has learned that the eight Kenyan players who refused to agree to national contracts and were subsequently dropped by their franchises have had their request to rejoin the teams rebuffed.

The eight did not agree with the terms offered by Cricket Kenya, causing the Council to propose alternative offers to the players. They also removed the second round of matches in the competition to new East Africa only 24 hours notice, resulting in them being blocked by their franchises. With the elections in Kenya based on performance in the tournaments that are in fact excluded as much as voters were concerned.

In the past, players have used similar tactics to keep the advice of a ransom, but now things have changed. Before the final approach of CK, the rebels came to its franchisees to ask if he could return, but he would not be possible.

It 'seems probable CK mediating process, but only two rounds of matches remaining and the finals weekend, it is unlikely, if one of them will return this year.
