A new USA Cricket Association (USAC), a site that went live this week has provoked more controversy and disagreement, the Board of three members do not appear on the site. USAC site was dropped from 6 September, but the site is "temporarily" went online this week, when the new site is built in the USAC Vice President Syed Rafey.

Missing from the lists at this site is the Executive Secretary Executive John Aaron, causing his recent suspension by President Gladstone Dainty as unconstitutional and Northern Representative, Tony Gilkes and Central and Eastern representative Golam Sayeed. Instead Sayeed Masood Akhtar is "Chik" Syed listed as the representative of the Central East.

"Why am I not surprised? It's painful, "said Sayeed ESPNcricinfo." East Central Regional Council has been through our selection process and the removal Masood Chik because of his lack of leadership and mismanagement. I am the constitutional process, the chosen area, and if I am not represented on the website so it is entirely wrong. "

Masood went against its regional administration, after he had overthrown the selection process by submitting a platoon of 14 men to represent the Central East in June of USAC Twenty20 domestic tournament without consulting the other members of the administration regional, including the jury. The regional government then chose his own 14-man squad for the tournament and moved to recall Syed its position on the national board.

"This was done by the constitution," Sayeed said. "We followed all the steps. The Regional Council has decided that it should be our regional representative on the board. I do not know what USACE is still called the regional representative. It makes no sense." Sayeed has worked in Minnesota for MoneyGram, one of the main sponsors of the ICC business, and the fact that the Corps does not recognize the site as part of its Board of Directors has created an embarrassing situation.

"My company is saying," We are not only sponsoring the International Criminal Court, one of our employees is now a current [USACE], a member of the board. "This message was delivered to the International Criminal Court and the USACE site not my image or my name? Not know what to say." Syed Sayeed Rafey emailed Thursday afternoon, asking that the site is "corrected immediately."

However, Rafey said Syed Masood is still in the Corps of Engineers on board. "According to the email sent Mr. Gladstone delicate, none of the regional elections took place and will happen later, without the implementation of the compliance process is null and void," said Rafey. "There are a couple of leagues that have participated in the selection [Central and Eastern] has never had tournaments and leagues are mostly false."

When asked why the names of Ajay Athavale, Mark Sood Krish Prasad and are listed on the website of USAC as regional representatives in regional elections were held again this year as the East Central said Rafey representatives of legal positions because "these people were there before the enforcement process has started." This contradicts the order null and void Dainty all regional elections for compliance review is completed.

As said Gilkes Rafey was suspended earlier this summer, because the North East had at least three leagues to form a region, something Gilkes rejects. "I am one of the [Dainty] fiercest critics on the board, so he does not want me, or the North East to have a voice," said Gilkes. "The League of Massachusetts was two days too late to pay their annual quota. [USAC] took control and they filed. They cashed the check. I talked to a lawyer about this. He said they can not suspend the League of Massachusetts . If they had said, "We have invested check-in protest," as the League of Massachusetts would have a problem. By the time they cashed the check, and they did not say, "I protest, "he said, they can not suspend anyone."

Dainty sent an email to Gilkes, June 10, as he has only received payment for four League teams in Massachusetts, instead of at least eight to form a league official.

The USAC Board has not had a teleconference meeting since April and have not had a board meeting face-to-face since November 2010. Several attempts were made to arrange a meeting, but at least two scheduled in-person meetings were canceled at the last moment, while others are trying to organize a sit-down did not reach an agreement on the number minimum number of directors to constitute a meeting. There is talk that a meeting be scheduled for October 15, the date of the USAC election be held. The elections have no chance to take place before that date and as a result that left USAC into dangerous territory.

"If the election does not take place on November 30, I think it can be suspended by the International Criminal Court," said Gilkes.
