Although India has not won a single match of their Test tour of England, N Srinivasan, the new president of the BCCI, said that the government does not intend to poor performance of a special research team. India were beaten 0-4 in the test series 0-3, and a five-match ODI series and lost the lone Twenty20 in England as well. The Board of Directors and the players will encounter criticism from poor preparation, poor shape, and the questionable choice of a long series of injuries that could be attributed to poor management and bad luck.

"I do not like losing," Srinivasan said after the Board of Directors to the Shareholders in Mumbai. "And the BCCI can not wait to go back to the first place. But we have not formed a committee to look into the matter [the tour to England]."

India players have had a busy schedule in 2011. At the end of the tour of South Africa in January, they played the World Cup, IPL, and tour the West Indies before the trip to England, without a significant pause between the mandate. Virender Sehwag and players like Gautam Gambhir led the IPL through injury, while Zaheer Khan, shot in England seems unsuited.

Injuries meant the balance in favor of India has been hit hard in all formats of the game. They failed to score over 300 in eight innings bowling attack prove their batsmen struggled to contain England in all formats.

Srinivasan, however, disagreed with the statement that India played cricket too, saying the BCCI was compared with the days of other countries to play in India and found that there is not much difference. "It is worth mentioning that with the exception of some players, most people do not play all three formats on the game," says Srinivasan. "And players who do not play all three formats and not injured [in English].

"We have an excellent service to the National Cricket Academy (NCA)," Srinivasan said, when asked about the management of wounds. "The players as good as anything in the world. You can go there and be rehabilitated." He said no player was selected for the national team without being cleared first by the NCA.

When asked how the BCCI plans to deal with player injuries in the IPL, Srinivasan said Sundar Raman, director of the League Executive, was responsible for securing franchises damage report to the ANC.

Srinivasan said that the team had performed less well than expected, but noted that two months ago the team won the World Cup. "We have not had our best team together since the beginning [of England]."
